1st Transnational Project Partners meeting – Project Start Up meeting.

First transnational project partner meeting took place in Ludbreg, Croatia in May 2021. This was Start up meeting with primary aim to present information about planned project activities and to establish project organization structure. The aim of meeting was to formally notify all team members, to announce official project start up on press conference and to make sure that all PPs have a common understanding of administrative and financial procedures as well as of their roles and responsibilities in realization of project activities.

Following issues were presented and determined:

– presentation of administrative and financial rules of ERASMUS + program

– determination of individual responsibilities and tasks for each project partner;

– determination of detailed dynamic plan;

– establishing of rules for communication and dissemination;

– determination of reporting procedures from realized activities;

– establishing of three mixed Transnational Project teams.

At the meeting participated all members of project partner’s teams from Croatia; 2 participants (Team Leaders and one member of Project Teams) from each of other Project Partners from North Macedonia and Bulgaria.
