Second Short-term joint staff training event was foreseen as a 5 working days /plus one travelling day/ event that will took place in Veliki Bukovec/ Ludbreg – Croatia, in October 2021.
Second training event for the teachers was related with theoretical and practical use of VR headsets (hardware) as well as training for using of free online available Digital Heritage 360- degrees videos (software) in educational process. Teachers had a teamwork sessions mentored by VR experts from Lucera divided in three transnational teams (in accordance with similarity of their school subject – one group will be consisted of History Teacher, second from the Art teachers and third with Teachers of Musical education).
In the frame of this event, members of the Project Management Board had at least three working meetings (at the very beginning, after completion of training sessions to make a Survey among participants and to analyze feedback, and on the last day to make an overview of the achievements from the realized activities). Members of the Project Management Board monitored all activities in all parallel working sessions with aim to receive first hand information if there are any notified challenges. Members of Project Team for creation of Strategic Action Plan (IO No. 3) had a parallel working sessions for development of this Intellectual Output. During these working sessions also Team Leaders from project partners schoolspresented with aim to get familiar with the process of creation of Strategic Documents. The main goal of this event was to increase skills and competences of the school teachers in using of VR hardware and software (free online available 360-degrees Digital Heritage videos and under mentoring support form Lucera’s experts to develop and own education approach to implement acquired acknowledgement in their school lessons. The members of the Transnational Project Team for creation of IO No.3 got increased experience in transnational cooperation and team-work, and with expected transfer of “know how” and sharing of best practices all members got increased skills and competences in their area of expertise.
