The business incubator is an entrepreneurial company that provides advisory, consultancy and administrative services and education for newly established small businesses. Business incubator is space which is located a newly established small businesses that are just starting to do business, or are under development or business to the max. 3 years, and they need help in office space, infrastructure and technical assistance through advisory, consulting and administrative services and education.
The process of incubation in the Business Incubator takes max. 5 years after which entrepreneur go out of the incubator and its place occupies a new start-up entrepreneurs. In this way, incubated companies receive the necessary support to launch their activities without major technical and administrative expenses, operating in a commercial environment surrounded by other businesses in the Business Development Center Ludbreg Ltd. – Lucera Ltd., as a consultative body and thus participate in the economic development of the area and reduce unemployment in the region.

The Association for support of economic development – Local action group – Kochani (NGO LAG) has been legally registered in 2011. It has been formed under LEADER + programme rules and its founding participants are representatives from public, business and NGO sector in municipality of Kochani.

Its mission is to support the economic development in the municipality of Kochani in all possible ways that might emerge as a result of the possibilities offered at the area of donor organizations, institutions as well as business sector. As the LEADER + programme has not been fully established in Republic of North Macedonia the Association continues working according its Statute, vision, mission and goals.

The NGO LAG members are very active in the Association and work in different areas and levels during the project application process. There are no regular paid staff in the association, and for each project we choose a team according to hers/his competences. Presently (at the beginning of the year 2020) Association has 35 active members and also over 40 voluntaries. Many of the members are primary and secondary school students) that are joining activities in which NGO LAG is participating (mostly project from the interest of the local community)

The NGO LAG has conducted many project in different areas for example:
– “Social marketing champagne for raising the awareness among youth about energy efficiency”, financed by UNDP, municipality of Kochani and municipality of Probishtip.
– “Solar electric and heat energy to reduced CO2 from kindergarten”, financed by GEF PMG and municipality of Kochani.
– “Presenting the municipality of Kochani at the AGROFUD fair in Skopje, Eco-ethno Manifestation”, financed by municipality of Kochani.
– Finished ERAZMUS+ KA2 project “We grow up with eco resources” from September 2015 until December 2017. This project is partnership between Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
– Another Erasmus + programme project was the project with title “Health Y” and it is a partnership of six countries, namely Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Romania, Latvia, Slovakia and Poland. This project was conducted in June 2016.

The association currently has four ongoing ERASMUS + projects (in their final stage):
1. “Augmented Reality Education Module – Development and implementation of innovative ICT – based educational tool in STEM orientated school subjects”- Acronym-AR EDU. It is a partnership between North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Croatia,
2. “Eco gardens in our kindergartens” Acronym -ECO KIDS, a partnership between North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Croatia.
3. “Implementation of Virtual Reality based learning methodology in secondary schools”, Acronym – VR EDU. It is a partnership between North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Cyprus.
4. “A career counselling conceptual model for increasing of ICT entrepreneurship skills of VET secondary schools students”, Acronym- 21st century entrepreneurship. It is a partnership between North Macedonia, Croatia and Greece.

Gathered experience of the members of Association in previously realized EU funded projects like FP7 program, South East Europe Program, IPA cross-border cooperation, as well as project financed by UNDP, USAID and GEF /Global Environment Fund/, (for Association and/or in their professional occupation) established a very good preconditions for realization of the wide range of project related to the topics of: energy efficiency and use of renewable energy resources, environmental issues, sustainable agricultural, supporting of inclusion of the vulnerable groups, increasing of youth entrepreneurship potential as well as implementation of “state of the art” ICT-based technologies and methods (use of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and OER) in educational process in pre-school, primary and secondary educational institutions.

OOU ‘’ Nikola Karev ” is an elementary school situated in the town Kochani, in the east part of Macedonia. It educates students. The school has many students who became successful on state level and abroad, after finishing their education at the beginning in our school.
The school is a three floors building with 17 classrooms, specialized classrooms for music, art, computer studies, gym, vast playground and a big library with a huge collection of books for the students and also teachers. There are also two satellite schools with 10 classrooms.
The school is attended by approximately 530 students. The teaching staff (50 employees) teaches the students with appreciation, real care, guide them with their assessment and other preparations not only for school but also for their career, life, hard time. The teachers help the students in times of need.
Our students present their abilities and skills to the public in many different activities.
The school’s basketball,football and handball team continually win competitions on local and national level. The school choir and orchestra are recognized by our town and the whole country, students are winning many recognitions and awards, because of the music teacher’s hard work. When it comes to art contests they are also successful. Art teacher works with our students and they always finish with award. The students also take part in international art contests and in national and international contests in their native language – Macedonian, English language, German language, math, chemistry, physics and they have won many awards.
Students and teachers from our school are also very active in other fields and often, we organize a lot of humanitarian actions and charity events to help people in need. Our students are also very active in the organization Red Cross.

The Centre for Sustainability and Economic Growth (CSEG) is a non-profit association which aims to stimulate the sustainable economic development at local and regional level in various sectors like industry, education, tourism, energy, civil society, etc. The Association was established by an initiative of several Bulgarian local authorities from South Central region of Bulgaria and branch organizations from different sectors with the purpose to support development of policies, initiatives and projects in the area of:
– Protection of environment, and water;
– Circular economy promotion with the purpose to larger deployment the model at local and regional level;
– Climate change issues;
– To promote sustainable energy projects;
– Transfer of good EU practices and development of sustainable policies at local and regional level;
– To perform training, dissemination, and awareness rising campaigns in different fields which can contribute for sustainable development at local/regional level;
– Development, management, and implementation of projects funded by different EU Programs.
CSEG participates in the development and improvement of the regulatory framework at local/regional level, prepares analyses, studies and expert evaluations in the field of environmental and industrial issues, tax and social policy, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. It performs training activities in the field of climate change issues, energy efficiency, renewable energy sources (RES), environmental protection, sustainable mobility, open educational resources (OER) WEB 2.0, and other fields of activities.
Together with the training activities, CSEG participates also in different EU projects and initiatives, and carries out specific awareness raising campaigns within them; it organizes workshops, seminars and conferences on the above mentioned topics, carries out communication and dissemination activities.

The Partner organization is a primary school. It was established in 1865, and it is the eldest school in the region. It has a great history and traditions in the field of education lasting for more than 150 years. It educates 102 students. They are taught in 7 classes. The total number of staff is 15 people. The teachers who work in our school are 12. The school is located in village of Byaga, in the north part of municipality of Bratzigovo, and only 3 km. from the municipal centre – town of Bratzigovo.

OS Veliki Bukovec is primary school in rural area. There are 250 students in school and 45 employees. Our teachers are very motivated for participation in project which are aimed in increasing of their overall skills and competences.
